About The Founders
Carolyn and Jerry Caldwell are the visionary founders of Big Faith Productions Inc. Big Faith productions was established in February 2017 in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a heart to combine faith, arts education, and youth empowerment. Their vision was simple yet powerful: create a program where young people discover their gifts through acting, singing, dance, and writing, and to create meaningful stories that promotes healing and bring families together with messages of hope and restoration.

Together, they have poured into the next generation through prayer, mentorship, and dedication—creating opportunities for youth to express themselves with confidence and excellence.

Their leadership continues to shape the heart, culture, and impact of Big Faith Productions today.

Inspired by Hebrews 11:1 and 2 Corinthians 5:7, they believe that “Big Faith” means believing without limits — trusting God beyond circumstances and walking boldly in purpose.
Our Journey
Our journey began with a dedicated team of instructors passionate about youth development and experienced in acting, singing, writing, and dance. We developed a comprehensive curriculum designed to nurture talent and provide a positive, enriching experience for every participant.
